Our Hella Hot Honey 227g is made by infusing our raw Devon honey with fresh chillies for a number of days, its then cold filtered and jarred with a single dried chilli. it starts off sweet and builds to a spicy but not overpowering heat. We use bird's eye chilies, with a heat rating of 50,000–100,000 Scoville units.

I had this on a wood fired pizza on the weekend and it was great, sweet and spicy. It reminded me of sweet chilli sauce but better. I've now ordered a couple of jars.
