Hot English honey and Summer English honey gift set This is our Hella Hot English Honey and Summer honey gift set which consists of one 227g  jar of our Devon chilli honey and one jar of our runny Summer honey. Our Hella Hot Honey 227g is made by infusing our raw Devon honey with fresh chillies for a number of days, its then cold filtered and jarred with a single dried chilli. it starts off sweet and builds to a spicy but not overpowering heat. We use bird’s eye chilies, with a heat rating of 50,000–100,000 Scoville units. Our Summer raw Devon honey is carefully harvested from our own apiaries situated on the edge of Dartmoor, providing full authenticity and traceability from hive to jar. We collect this raw English honey in small, unblended batches, allowing the unique flavours of each season to be fully expressed. Each 227g jar captures the rich and complex character of Devon’s fields and hedgerows, offering a true taste of the local landscape. The honey is cold filtered, unpasteurized,  which preserves its natural aroma, vibrant colour, and delicate flavour profile. Over time, natural crystallization may occur, a hallmark of its purity and quality. In addition to our honey jars, we produce honeycomb with the same meticulous care, providing a delightful and authentic experience. We harvest twice a year and our honey changes from a bright clear honey to a darker richer honey later in the year.  Our honey comes from local Hawthorne, dandelions, brambles, clover and many other wildflowers, it’s delicious.
