Sourced exclusively from our own apiaries in Mid Devon, near Dartmoor, our honey reflects the unique nectar of local hawthorn, dandelions, brambles, clover, and other wildflowers. Harvested twice yearly, the honey is cold filtered, unpasteurized, and unblended to preserve its natural taste and vibrant color. Over time, natural crystallization may occur, a sign of pure, high-quality honey.
